These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Velozed application, including the “Velozed Assistant” feature, and the website velozedlabs.com (together, the “Service”), offered by Hanthe Industries under the brand Velozed Labs (“Velozed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use the application, you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@velozedlabs.com. Deleting your account results in the loss of your license, with no right to a refund.
4.1. Upon payment for a subscription, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for the period you purchased. 4.2. Each license is unique and may be used on one (1) computer and by one (1) user only. 4.3. The application is licensed, not sold. Velozed retains all intellectual property rights in the software, brand, design, and content.
5.1. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) and may not include applicable taxes. 5.2. Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. We do not store your full payment card details. 5.3. Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period for a period of equal length, at the then-current price, and your payment method on file will be charged, unless you cancel before the renewal date. 5.4. Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by signing in at https://velozedlabs.com/profile/, going to “Subscriptions,” and following the link to the Stripe billing portal (available if you have an active subscription). Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid period; you will keep access until that period ends. If you have trouble canceling, contact support@velozedlabs.com before your renewal date. 5.5. We may change our prices with at least thirty (30) days’ notice. The new price will apply starting with your next renewal. 5.6. We do not offer a free trial.
6.1. Because the license is a digital product that is delivered and activated immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is made and the license is issued, including renewals. 6.2. No refunds will be given for non-use, change of mind, undisclosed incompatibility, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or performance results that differ from your expectations. 6.3. The above applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and does not affect any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. 6.4. If you experience a technical problem, please contact support@velozedlabs.com first; we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
7.1. Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, you agree to contact us and give us seven (7) business days to resolve the issue. 7.2. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first following the preceding paragraph, or improperly, we may immediately suspend or terminate your license and account, without refund, and refuse future sales to you. 7.3. You agree that we may submit to Stripe, your bank, or your card issuer evidence of the transaction, including activation records, license usage, IP address, device information, and your acceptance of these Terms. 7.4. If a chargeback is improper or unfounded, you agree to pay all costs, fees, and charges we incur as a result.
Without our prior written consent, you may not: a) Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the application. b) Crack, patch, bypass, disable, or tamper with the licensing system, account verification, or any security measure. c) Share, lend, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license, your account, the application, or its files. d) Use a single license on more than one computer or by more than one user. e) Create, distribute, or use fake keys, license generators, or modified versions of the application. f) Use bots, scripts, or automated means to access the Service. g) Copy, imitate, or commercially exploit the Service, its design, or its brand, or engage in conduct that harms our sales, reputation, or infrastructure. h) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm the devices or data of others.
If we detect or reasonably suspect a violation of Section 8, we may immediately suspend or terminate your license and account without refund, block devices, and, where appropriate, pursue legal action to recover damages and seek all remedies available under Mexican and international law.
10.1. The application may require administrator permissions and may make changes to your computer, including modifying the Windows Registry, deleting temporary and system files, changing process and program priorities, and starting, stopping, or modifying services. 10.2. By using the application, you expressly authorize these actions. 10.3. Backups: The application does not automatically create system restore points or backups. You are solely responsible for backing up your data and, before using the application, we strongly recommend that you manually create a Windows restore point. 10.4. You are responsible for reviewing what the application proposes before you confirm any action.
11.1. The assistant is powered by third-party artificial intelligence services (the OpenAI API). The messages you type to the assistant are sent to that provider to generate responses. Do not enter confidential information, passwords, or sensitive personal data. 11.2. The assistant does not make changes to your computer without your confirmation. 11.3. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your system. They are suggestions only, and you decide whether to accept them. 11.4. The AI provider’s use of data is governed by its own terms and policies.
The application reads hardware data from your device to display information such as temperature and performance. This data is not sent to our servers. The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy: https://velozedlabs.com/privacy-policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that it will improve the performance, speed, or temperature of your device to any specific degree, or that it will be compatible with all hardware or software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velozed and Hanthe Industries will not be liable for data loss, system failures, damage to your device, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velozed and Hanthe Industries from any claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (payments, chargebacks, intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version with its date and, for material changes, notify you by email or within the application. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue to which they may be entitled.
19.1. Acceptance. This section governs the Velozed Labs Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By registering for the Program and checking the acceptance box, you agree to these Terms and to this section. To participate you must have a Velozed account and meet the eligibility requirements of Section 2.
19.2. Enrollment. Any user with an account may enroll. We may reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
19.3. Independent Contractor. You are an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or representation relationship. You do not work for Velozed or Hanthe Industries; you only receive a commission for valid sales generated through your link or code. You are solely responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations.
19.4. Levels and Commissions. You start at the Starter level and advance automatically based on your accumulated Valid Sales:

*Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net price paid by the customer (excluding taxes). Dollar amounts are illustrative only and are based on a starting price of $12.50 USD.
19.5. Benefits. Each level includes the benefits listed on the Program page (for example, affiliate dashboard, custom referral code, analytics, promotional materials, priority support, early product access, exclusive campaigns, and creator opportunities). Benefits may change and are not guaranteed. Sponsored campaigns are only potential and are at our sole discretion.
19.6. Inactivity and Level Downgrade. If your account has no Valid Sales for ninety (90) consecutive days, it will automatically be downgraded to the Starter level, and we will notify you by email before the downgrade takes effect. In that case, any commission balance that has accrued but has not yet been paid to you will be recalculated as if all of those sales had been made at the Starter level (15% of the net price). This may significantly reduce your balance. For example, if your unpaid balance was earned at the Pro level (25%), it will be reduced to the amount you would have earned had you been at the Starter level during that time. Commissions already paid to you before the downgrade are not affected. After a downgrade, you must earn your levels again from zero, counting only Valid Sales made after the downgrade. Your account history and past records are kept.
19.7. Valid Sales and Attribution. A “Valid Sale” occurs when a new customer purchases a subscription through your link or code, and the payment is completed and not reversed. A sale is attributed to the last affiliate link used within thirty (30) days. Starter and Partner affiliates earn commission only on the customer’s first purchase. Pro and Elite affiliates also earn recurring commissions on renewals [for as long as the customer’s subscription remains active].
19.8. Waiting Period. Commissions remain pending for fourteen (14) days from the sale. After that period, if there has been no refund or dispute, they are moved to your available balance.
19.9. Payouts. a) Payouts are made monthly through PayPal once your available balance is at least $25 USD. b) You must provide a correct PayPal account. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect account or for delays outside our control. c) PayPal fees, currency conversion costs, and taxes are your responsibility. The amount you receive may be lower than the amount sent. d) If you do not reach the minimum, your balance carries over to the next cycle.
19.10. Refunds and Chargebacks. If a sale is refunded, canceled, or disputed (chargeback), the related commission is canceled. If it was already paid, we may deduct it from future payouts or require you to return it.
19.11. Prohibited Conduct. You may not: a) Refer yourself or purchase through your own link or code (self-referral), or use accounts of relatives or third parties to do so. b) Send spam or unsolicited mass messages. c) Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Velozed (for example, performance guarantees, nonexistent refunds, or claiming to be an employee or representative). d) Create fake accounts, clicks, or sales, or use bots, scripts, cookie stuffing, stolen cards, or any fraudulent method. e) Bid on our brand as a keyword in paid ads, or register domains, accounts, or profiles that imitate Velozed. f) Post your link on sites with illegal, deceptive, infringing, sexual, or hateful content, or where it is not allowed. g) Offer misleading incentives, or collect money or benefits in Velozed’s name. h) Distribute cracks, pirated licenses, or modified versions alongside your link. i) Violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the rules of any platform where you promote.
19.12. Required Disclosure. You must clearly and visibly disclose that your link or code is an affiliate link and that you may earn a commission, in accordance with applicable law and the rules of each platform.
19.13. Suspension and Termination. We may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice. If you breach these Terms or engage in fraud, you will forfeit all pending and unpaid commissions, and we may claim back amounts already paid.
19.14. Use of Brand. You may use the Velozed name, logo, and materials only to promote the Program, according to our official materials, and never in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or authorship.
19.15. Velozed Partner. Velozed Partner is a separate, invitation-only program governed by the contract signed between the company and the partner. In case of conflict between that contract and this section, the contract prevails.
19.16. Changes to the Program. We may modify levels, percentages, requirements, or benefits, or end the Program, with notice on the Program page or by email. Changes apply to future sales.
19.17. Acceptance by Registration. By enrolling and checking the box “I accept the Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program,” you confirm that you have read and agree to them. We keep a record of the date and your acceptance.
